Noatum Project Cargo is the project cargo specialized division of

a leading company in Supply Chain Management and positioned within the top 50 freight forwarders worldwide.

In Noatum Project Cargo we provide highly specialized logistics solutions for industrial clients. With global coverage, our activity includes sectors such as: Offshore wind, oil & gas, power, renewable energies, mining, rail stock or port equipment, as well as any other sort of industrial cargo.

Thanks to our balanced team of talented and skilled experts in project cargo logistic, and their ability to manage large scale operations, we are able to undertake the most challenging projects in remote areas. Our in-house engineering team is capable of conceiving state of the art solutions adapted to any complex & large scale projects.

Within the framework of the merger by absorption between the companies Noatum Logistics Spain, S.A.U. (as absorbing company) and Actanis, S.A.U. (as absorbed company that acts under the brand Noatum Project Cargo) and in accordance with the provisions of article 32 of Law 3/2009, of April 3, on structural modifications of commercial companies, we proceed to deposit and make available the common merger project formulated and signed by the management body of the aforementioned companies, as well as the rest of the legal required information.
